    Ultimate Captain America has a healing factor. He has withstood grenades with the power of atom bombs and took a hit from Hulk. In addition, he has a plethora of durability feats which would make one bullet look like a joke.

    @frozen: Because Spider-Man thinks that if he can do something about anything,he has the moral obligation to do it.Someone was shooting at Captain,and he jumped in to save him.

    Or like @danhimself said,he's just that type of guy.

    Yeah I found that stupid too, especially seeing he was right next to the Punisher when he noticed Cap. But like @danhimself said
