Shocker is a supervillain originating from Marvel Comics. A self-taught engineer, Herman Schultz created a pair of gauntlets that produces shock waves incorporated into a suit that protects him from the impact of of the blasts. He is a recurring foe of the superhero Spider-Man.
The first supervillian called Cyclone. He battled Spider-Man and Moon Knight but was later a victim to Scourge. Was momentarily revived by The Hood only to die again.
The Gwen Stacy clone was created by Professor Warren. She walked into Peter's life after the death of the original Gwen Stacy as a form of psychological warfare on Warren's part.

Spencer Smythe was a expert in robotics and created robots designed to kill Spider-man. He died due to radiation poisoning he received from the materials his robots were made of.
Elizabeth Allan was a classmate of Peter Parker. She dated and later married Harry Osborn, Peter's best friend. She has a son named Normie Osborn.
Mary Jane Watson is an actress and a major love interest of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. They have had a long and dramatic on-and-off-again relationship. She's one of the few people who know who he is and still supports him as a close friend and confidante.
Ned Leeds was a Daily Bugle reporter whom Roderick Kingsley brainwashed into becoming the Hobgoblin until his eventual demise.
Molten Man is the stepbrother of Liz Allen. He has had several run-ins with Spider-Man. He was recently cured of his condition.
The Jackal is an enemy of Spider-Man who played a big role in both of the Clone Sagas. He has since seemingly returned to infest Manhattan with spider-powers for his own sinister ends, organizing test subjects into a spider-powered army.

Once Michael Morbius was a world-renowned bio-chemist, dying of an unknown blood disease and desperately searching for a cure. He found that cure, but, in turn, it afflicted him with a curse far worse than any possible disease; the curse of the blood-sucking night-beast; the curse of the Living Vampire.
The second and most successful clone of Spider-Man created by the Jackal. A superhero known as the Scarlet Spider, Reilly later replaced Peter Parker for a time as Spider-Man after he found out that all this time he was the original and not Peter. Ben met his ultimate demise in the fight against the Green Goblin which led to Peter becoming Spider-Man once again, after he found out that he is the real Spider-Man after all.
Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
MacDonald "Mac" Gargan was a failing private investigator that was turned into the Scorpion with financial help from J. Jonah Jameson. He became a host of the Venom symbiote and was part of Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers. After the US Government took the symbiote, he became The Scorpion once again.
Swindled by his business partner out of his equal share of the profits from their company, Adrian Toomes set out for revenge by using a flying harness of his own design. He has however, met defeat several times at the hands of his arch-nemesis, The Amazing Spider-Man.
Mysterio was a formidable foe to Spider-Man. So much so that his arts of illusion were carried on by others after the original Mysterio's death. The original Mysterio, Quentin Beck, has recently returned. The events behind his resurrection are currently shrouded in mystery.
Former enemy of Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four, Sandman reformed after realising he was unhappy with his life. He joined the Avengers and later Silver Sable's Wild Pack. Sandman eventually returned to crime after being brainwashed by the Wizard, but sometimes still displays desire to better himself.
Betty Brant started as a personal secretary at the Daily Bugle and later became a top reporter. Betty is also one of the many love interests of Peter Parker and ex-girlfriend of Flash Thompson
Harry Osborn is the best friend of Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man. His father is Norman Osborn, a global industrialist and billionaire.

Antón Miguel Rodríguez was a mercenary and assassin best known as the Tarántula; a foe to Spider-Man. Since his suicide, the Tarántula mantle has been passed on to other people.
Flash frequently bullied Peter Parker but was actually Spider-Man's greatest fan. In time, Flash befriended Peter, became a decorated war hero, and eventually joined the Marvel superheroes as a symbiote host, first with Venom and then with Anti-Venom.

J. Jonah Jameson is the former employer of Peter B. Parker and remains an aggravate of Spider-Man. He was once the chief editor and publisher of the Daily Bugle, a New York newspaper, and the mayor of New York before his resignation amidst scandal resulting from Superior Spider Man and the Goblin Nation. He now is a host of a show on the F.A.C.T. News Channel
Doctor Octopus is a supervillain originating from Marvel Comics. A former nuclear physicist and atomic researcher, Otto Octavius' life changed forever when one of his experiments went horribly wrong involving his four mechanical appendages used to assist him in his experiments. From then on, Octavius soon after his initial encounter has become one of the most dangerous supervillains in the Marvel Universe.
