First Appearance
Turtles first meet Savanti Romero in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 8" when assistant god Renet Transport herself and Turtles back to 1406. Lord Simultaneous had sent Romero to that time as a punishment for overthrow attempt. When Turtles and Renet arrive to year 1406 Romero senses that spectre of time (thing that Renet uses to travel in time) has appeared to his time-period. Romero defeats Turtles and Renet and stoles the spectre. Whit the help of Aardvark Cerebus, the Turtles and Renet try to defeat Romero but he is too powerful. Lord Simultaneous appears and defeats Romero and send him to the Jurassic period. Simultaneous send Turtles back to their time and takes Renet whit him.
Second Appearance
Savanti Romero appears again in "Tales of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 7". Turtles are in museum watching fossils when one of the fossils turns in to Romeros head. Romero is using fossil to deliver a message from the Jurassic period. Fossil tells them that they will die if they wont face Romero in the "ring of fire". Shortly after Renet appears. She and Turtles decide to travel back in time because "if time flows forward then any changes you decide now to go back and make have already been made". In Jurassic period Romero manages to trap Renet and steal her sceptre again. Romero tries to kill Renet because her death would relece world-piercing blast that would slower earths movement. This would cause meteor that killed dinosaurs to miss earth and change the course of history. Turtles defeat Romero (He is hit by a cosmic lightning), but at the same time sceptre is lost to the depths of the lake. After being stuck in the Jurassic period for tree months Renet caches a giant fish which had swallowed the sceptre and they can go home.
