I am in Love......
The Good
I have a friend in the comic store and I walked in there with some cash and asked him what book I should pick up. He was like you like Vertigo right. I said ya of course I did I love Hellblazer. So he suggested me this and I picked up the four issues that are out and now I am in love. The good things about this issue it shows a side of Chris we haven't seen much of and we've caught a glimpse of it since issue one. Then it finally comes to it. Chris become Punk Rock Jesus. That's all I'm going to expose in this review but it was perfect every page to the last panel. This comic has made me on the edge of my seat, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, almost got me in tears, and has gotten some of the biggest smiles out of me. This book least in my opinion is pure gold.
The Bad
There is nothing bad about this issue. If you find something please take it up with me and I will argue for it till the end
The Verdict
This is one of those books you must pick up. You have to say when your friends are talking about it and be like "I have the original issues." This must be one of the best comics of the year. It deserves an award god damn it! (No pun intended) This book is amazing I suggest if you like Vertigo, stories that make you want more each issue, or if you just love comics!
