With a distinct death's head skull adorning his chest, Frank Castle became the vigilante known as the Punisher.

    Would this be chronological order to read Punisher.

    I'm wanting to start reading Punisher in order without a bunch of excess stuff, after reading some threads, I think I've got in down.

    More or Less. However, Punisher doesn't have any real sense of continuity. You can pretty much start at any run and be fine.
