According to the Silmarillion, Sauron was completely unaffected by Manwe's (the leader of the Valar) lightning (this), which would make any electrical attack by Vader useless. Vader is also extremely vulnerable to lightning due to the armor Palpatine made for him, and Sauron can control the weather, what stops Sauron from blasting Vader with a lightning bolt across the battlefield? Also, we have reason to believe that Sauron has a higher striking power and durability (took out many troops with one swing, he can create shockwaves with a swing of his mace which would make his striking speed also really fast). Sauron's body is also super heated (the ring had it's inscription when it was on his finger, and his finger burned Isildur when he touched it, which implies his body gives off a ton of heat), so the lightsaber might not do much in terms of damage or pain to Sauron. Another thing is, Sauron is a Maiar (a somewhat lesser angel, but still really powerful), not only that, but he was the most powerful Maiar, only beneath the Valar and Eru Ilúvatar, so how would we know if the force would affect Sauron in any way? Lastly, if Sauron has the ring, all of his abilities (including magic, like fire, lightning, weather control, terror, telekinesis and mind control as well as his strength and speed) are augmented, which would make him so much more powerful. I see this battle going in a few ways.
1: Sauron hits Vader with a lightning bolt across the battlefield and fries Vader.
2: Sauron smacks Vader with his mace when he gets close and breaks his bones and metallic parts.
3: Sauron tempts Vader to put on a ring of power, and turns him into a wraith.
4: Sauron persuades Vader to join him.
5: Sauron and Vader have a mind battle resulting in Sauron mind raping Vader due to the power of the ring and being a Maiar,
Even though Vader has the force, he is (mostly) human, while Sauron is an immortal (destroying the ring doesn't kill sauron, it just permanently cripples him to the point where he becomes powerless) fallen angel with amazing powers. I see this as at least 85/15 in favour of Sauron.
