I think Julius/Jack/Yami are the ones that break them since their attacks ignore conventional durability, I don’t think Naruto would have trouble tanking the vast majority of other offensive spells from the other mages, possibly Langris and the Devil’s devour spell could be problematic though.

He isn’t a genius but he isn’t an idiot either, he has figured out how to defeat, a Edo Kage, and harm the avatar of the 10 tails. Yeah he absolutely can’t regrow limbs at all he needed Tsunade to remake him a arm, but he does have Chakra arms as well, a version below the first was using a ton of them to assist in ninjutsu.

Yeah probably Naruto via TSB, Sasuke via Genjutsu or BFR, Kaguya/Madara via Dimension Hopping/IT

If so, how does he do it. The only ways we’ve seen Sasuke’s version be stopped was by Momo, who is another user of Deva Path, and the other time he needed to willingly release it to let it go.

Even if all stats were equalized Cell would still win via versatility and being able to absorb her completely.

If doesn’t have knowledge on Sakura she could stop him, but also if this is just the fodder in the alliance no generals, no shinobi w/feats outside of War Arc like Temari, Ino, Shikamaru, Lee, etc...he could defeat them via blitzing and blasts spam then he’d only have to worry about the ones with kekkei genkai, but he should have better showings if we’re only looking at the manga and not the anime.

They’re equals, Kishi did a excellent job keeping them close in overall ability, Toriyama was like Vegeta ain’t never catching up I’ll see to that KK. Naruto’s DC and Stamina can’t be matched capable of outlasting Sasuke, but Sasuke’s abilities are so hax to the point where he can place Naruto in inescapable situations due to his battle prowess.

In certain situations Naruto has the win on lock and in other situations Sasuke has it on lock, I could see myself arguing for either dependent upon the character/mindset of both.

Sakura, Korra wouldn’t fight the way she needs to to win and even then Sakura probably has better stamina feats to suggest she could outlast a Korra selling long range attacks.
