Full power Spawn was near-omnipotent, yes? Well he stomps. Second is Doom. Mysticism usually beats science; Doom is a rather powerful mystic, while Manhattan is lower on the scientific Cosmic spectrum. Even pre-magic Doom used to do battle with Cosmic and mystic beings. Doom is no joke.

OP states no Beyonder Powers. Galactus powers will most likely be moot against Divine Spawn.

I read that after I posted, but didn't care enough to edit it out. What did Divine Spawn ever do to put him above Galactus? And don't mention God and Satan, neither are omnipotent and apparently are a dime a dozen in that universe according to the actual omnipotent character.

God Spawn at max power was backed by the MOM, basically he opened himself to the MOM's power and just used his will to shape the desire, at max power he would be equal to the MOM.That alone puts him above Galactus.

Then it cuts to the 3rd scan you posted.  I guess I was wrong then they weren't fused. Going over the scans it was more she let him borrow her power instead of a full blown merge.

Was just scrolling through old battles on here and fine this one hilarious, god spawn would definitely win this, and I can't believe that people like @isaac_clarke was saying the equivalent of the one above all giving someone like doctor strange his power to accomplish some things that doctor strange even with the one above all's powers would lose lmao gotta love the vine.

The Presence, for lack of a better description, is the God who no one dares to trifle with. He is the one who created all, can take it away, gave life to the likes of Michael Demiurgos and the Spectre, is able to resurrect the dead, and is unable to be defeated.

The Presence is the reason the DC Universe exists and that was written by Jim lee, chief executive officer of dc comics, so that would put Manhattan equal to the powers of God spawn, the only one that loses here is doom, and to answer your question, spawn at normal levels was hypersonic and amped was FTLS so with M.O.M'S powers he would've been as fast as he wanted to be.
