Neron is depicted as a business man in hell. I'd say Nekron is his boss. I mean if it comes down to it, it's all about location, location, location. Neron would win a fight in hell and Nekron would win a fight in his reality/dimension. On Earth? Stalemate, heroes join the losing side and turn the tide then banish the one they joined.
