1. I don't think Barry has been powered down

2. Considering how ridiculously powerful he was pre new 52 I don't think Wally would need an upgrade.

3. Aren't villains created to be challenging for their heroes? I don't see why one of the flashes should be stronger than RF.

@peppeyhare: I can see Reverse being a challenge cause it would be boring having him get beat down by Wally but it's that he's basically unbeatable to almost everyone in DC not just flash. Like Darkseid is challenging to Superman but superman is still able to beat him. There have been 4 Flashes and Reverse Flash stomps all of them. I think it would be better if Wally had even or more power just so the Reverse Flash has a challenge and actually can get beat.

I agree that Wally should still be the strongest Flash but he doesn't need MORE power, I'll be the first to admit if he gets powered down I'll be INCREDIBLY PISSED.

One of my fav things about the old DCU was that the JL had more power houses than just Superman and WonderWoman. My main issue with the Injustice comic is that they make everyone weaker JUST so WW and Supes look stronger even people who should be able to kill them.

I am of the idea that Flashes should be powerhouses and so should the Earth Lantern, and es even Batman should be rough to take down. This is freaking Justice League for god's sake, they were the original superteam they should be beastly imo.

Also, how powerful a hero is largely irrelevant. It has never and will never determine if the stories good or not.

My fav flash used to be Wally but I've been taking a liking to Barry so Wally take your time getting back. Not saying I don't want him to come back but the current series is great and in enjoying seeing a flash I haven't seen before.

@franchise1590: ok maybe you're right that Wally doesn't need a boost but I just hate that Reverse Flash is basically unbeatable to Flash, who is one of DC's most powerful heroes, and think one of the Flashes should be able to fight and win against him. I know I said this before but it's like superman and Darkseid. Ya DS is more powerful but he isn't unbeatable for superman like RF is for all of the Flashes even if they are all fighting him at the same time. So ya RF should be powerful but I hate that he stomped all the Flashes at the same time. Which is why I think it would be perfect for Wally to be his equal cause he was never close before even though he was the fastest flash.

@philkelly96: It would be nice to have him back but in another Wally thread it was said that the rumor of Wally returning was just a rumor since Dan hates legacies. To put it short I don't think Wally will return and if he does it won't be for a long time or some crazy plot the writers come up with to bring him back.

What really pissed me off was that they decided to out Bart Allen in the new 52 instead of the most popular flash like wtf?

@thitiki: This was taken from DC All Access, its confirmed that Steph is returning in Batman Weekly, its safe to say that the writing means Wally will be back in Flash at some point.

IF that is true that is very exciting! Wally returning will be something amazing.

My thoughts as well. Especially Flash since they have the power to move through time and their powers (much like GL) are only limited to their imaginations.

@thitiki: if he doesn't come back I will be REALLY PISSED. Don't get me wrong Barry is cool but I grew up With Wally as the Flash and he's my favorite hero of all time. So even though I like Barry they need to bring back Wally.

He actually might be in Justice League 3000 but I haven't read it yet. The Flash's description is red hair and green eyes which is what Wally is famous for. I really hope it is him I would be SSSOOOOOOOO excited to have Wally back.
