He hasn't been in it yet but it is said that he will be in the future. I feel like since Barry Allen was toned down, Wally should be powered up. I might be a little biased considering Wally is my favorite hero and I hate the reverse flash. It's annoying how powerful he is. I think at least one flash should be able to overpower him and since Wally hasn't been in the New 52 yet it is a perfect time to do it since he wasn't before.
