I haven't even found the time to read the book yet (hopefully will do tomorrow), and they already announced a sequel. That's way too fast in my opinion, even if those are good news. They better focus on some other character's Earth One story, and leave the sequel for later.

Whether it did have a collection of previous shorts or not, I'd still buy it. But good to know those are kind of extended. Hey G-Man, does the BR come with an o-sleeve like previous DC movies? Still pissed that when I got Crisis on Two Earths it didn't have one.

Is it possible that her granddad is Checkmate's current White King, Alton Janus, under a different name? We never got a name (ok, same last name) during JL: GL's latest issue story or if he really died (except her father, like Tora said). They might not look identical, but why would they draw two different characters that alike. They both had a clip tie, and blue eyes, even if that sounds pretty irrelevant. Only difference is the eyebrows. That might also explain why Alton Janus let the JL escape the Checkmate castle without pursuing them, having something in mind or the fact that they mentioned her granddad in that issue. What do you think?
 

I don't remember but, did the computers in Watchtower always have that logo? Noticing it today, it looked awfully like "JLA".

Really great first episode. Loved the part where Rick was batting those zombies. Can't wait for next week's.
