Hmm... Honestly, it's been so long since I last watched Trinity, so I don't know if I can agree with that. That said, I do remember being disappointed at it back then. But then again, the same can be said about a lot of more recent ones as you said....

Honestly, while watching the second half of S2, I enjoyed the flashback arc quite a lot, I found myself wondering many times "Why is this happening?" or "Wait, what's going on?". I think they focused maybe a bit too much on the spectacle side for its own detriment. Maybe a smaller episode count could have helped?

Yeah, I watched the first 13 episodes. Good stuff. Looking forward to part 2.

No real surprise there. I don't think anyone can deny how popular it is right now. Now whether or not it can retain, that's an entire different thing.

Nichijou has no right having animation this good lol Wish more studios would, or could for that matter, put that much effort into their animation. It really sucks when an otherwise decent is brought down by below average animation. Yes Hoshi no Samidare, I'm talking about you...
