Outside of the known universe is a planet called Cybernia. For thousands of years, the human kingdoms were protected by the Eternibots, warrior robots that existed on the planet for millennia. Sadly, one day the Hordicons, evil counterparts of the Eternibots, came back to seize control of Castle Graycron! Who will be the Master of the Transformers?

Opti-Man Prime
When Prince Witwicky found the Sword of Energon and yelled "By the power of Graycron!", he was able to summon Opti-Man Prime, the leader of the Eternibots. He can transform into a badass lion, among other things.

Skeletron
The leader of the Hordicons. He wants the Sword of Energon for himself! He can transform into a T-Rex, and other things.

Bumbo
He is the youngest and tiniest of the Eternibots. He can transform into a speedster, the preferred ride of Prince Witwicky.

Evil-Star
She is the traitorous second in command of the Hordicons. There is nothing that she would like more than to get rid of Skeletron so she can rule!

Jack-at-Wheels
A veteran Eternibot and weapons master. He can transform into a tank than can accommodate 6 human warriors (each sold separately).

Tri-Shock
One of the oldest Hordicons. He has three eyes with matching guns and personality. He also transforms into a tank.

Ratcheta
She was personally constructed by the Priestess. She was given in adoption to Jack-at-Wheels to help the Eternibots. Fierce and loyal, she can transform into an emergency and rescue craft to help the humans.

Beast-Wave
Beast-Wave is the contrary to Ratcheta. A brutal enforcer of Skeletron, he can transform into a machine that can produce sound-based torture on humans. His "sound disks" can also transform into terrible beasts!

A veteran Eternibot. Slow-witted but strong. Was Thunderjaw's best friend.

He was once an Eternibot, before he got half-destroyed in battle. Now he's an unwilling Hordicon specializing in robot torture.

Castle Graycron
With time, they created the rest of the Transformers. But one day, Lord Graycron got angry and created the Hordicons to be his soldiers. There was a big battle and the Lord was destroyed. The Priestess took control of the castle and a period of peace with humanity started. But now the Hordicons have returned, their war on humanity back on track and the castle floats anew in the Cybernia sky. Now, the Priestess is influenced by the spirit of Lord Graycron. The battle rages on!

Zoome
Although he is an Eternibot, Zoome is kind of an arbitrator in the battle. He has high compassion for his fellow robots, to the point that he is about the only one who can transform into a vehicle that can accommodate other Transformers. He somewhat despises humans.

Mermac
He is the spy of the Hordicons, roaming the waters, which is of no importance to the Transformers but vital to humans. He has two copies of himself that can assemble to form a sea creature!

Hot-Ra/Rodema Prime
She was constructed at the same time as Opti-Man. After his death, the Eternibots traveled to the past to recruit her as new leader!

Hordicon
He was the first Hordicon constructed by Lord Graycron. He is in fact Skeletron from the past, before a big battle that destroyed Hot-Ra, and almost did the same for him and Opti-Man. He also traveled to the future and now wants to replace Skeletron, who he judges is an inferior model. (Talk about hating himself!)
