Introduced in the Fantastic Four comics, Devos is a human-like alien who's entire race was wiped out due to some war. Since he grew obsessed with the idea of preventing any kind of war and upholding the peace, so he travels through the galaxy, wiping out anybody (sometimes entire races) who shows potential to wage war.

The axe that was wielded by Skurge The Executioner has similar enchanted abilities to that of Thor's Mjolnir. However, when the axe fell into the hands of a mere mortal, Jackie Lukus and not only did it transform her into a justice obsessed Demi-God "Bloodaxe" it would also begin to corrupt her mind towards the more brutal approaches to justice.

Eric Savin was a Lieutenant in the army who was investigating a lead on a corporation syphoning government money to fund a cybernetic soldier initiative. Caught during his investigation he was killed via explosion, the remains of his body were used to create the cyborg known now as Coldblood. Retaining his memory, Coldblood became a merc who only targeted those who in his mind deserved killing.

A vigilante hailing all the way from 1930's. Night Raven started out as a vigilante who hunted down, killed and branded various mob bosses. But somewhere along the way was granted immortality, not as a gift but as a curse, as it would endlessly eat away at his flesh causing constant pain. But his mission never stopped.

Not much is known about Caleb Jackson a.k.a. The Shiver Man. An undead, ghost-like entity that can turn tangible and intangible on a whim seems to be obsessed with dispensing some lethal justice. So good he is at it, that Fury himself would request Shiver's services.

Bart Gallows was a cop who got disillusioned with the law and who would eventually take justice into his own hands using various police equipment. Was supposedly disfigured and paralyzed after his run-in with Osbourne's Thunderbolts, but no confirmed death.
