Hello, I have a peculiar problem with the API in way the limit on my API didn't renew since last Thursday 2nd October. On the page with my API details isn't stated any information about it would be blocked or restricted. I tested it also on:

It also behaves like limitation is in place ("Slow down cowboy"). What can I do? Did I do something wrong? Thanks for answer.
