Intro: If I had to create an Avengers team to be the most diverse I can think of. This isnt who I think is the absolute best, but who I would pick for my team. Ill be using a team of 8 so as to be as streamlined as possible. Share you teams with me too!
Captain America: IMO I don't think you can have a team without Cap. The man just brings people together in a way no one else can.
Thor: To me Thor is what Martian Manhunter is should be to the Justice League, a powerful mainstay that is the guy that will always be in your corner, plus he's a powerhouse.
Dr. Strange: When the team goes up against magical and otherworldly threats, who better to have on your side than the Sorcerer Supreme himself? Plus he could be my team counselor.
Black Panther: No way could I have an Avengers team and not have my favorite character be absent. Just as smart and rich as Tony Stark and Reed Richards, plus he brings a technological and mystical blend that the team sorely needs.
Spider-Man: The heart and soul of my team. Spidey is someone I am sure everyone can find a way to relate too. A strong mid-tier. But what he brings is the decidedly human element that keeps my Avengers grounded
Spectrum: Monica is my wildcard. Able to absorb and deal with countless energies, why not have someone who be a great tank and damage soaker that brings some strong heart to the team.Plus I feel she is sorely underrated.
Captain Marvel: My girl, who has had a bad rep lately, but Cpt. Marvel brings a lot more power to my team and having Kree origins and having traveled with the GOTG, is my cosmic expert along with Spectrum.
Hyperion: Hyperion is my backline, my extra powerhouse that no one expects. When push comes to shove and the hard decisions have to be made, this is my go to guy
