Batman aka Bruce Wayne probably the best H2H combatant and mixed martial artist in the comic book universe he has learned 117 martial arts move and even without his gadgets he can beat many characters on this list.

He is the strongest man in this list because of the SSS but he also very skilled in H2H combat and has military training too.

Master Assassin Ezio Auditore trained by some of the best assassins of his time , he knew nearly all the martial arts moves of the Renaissance and also saved Rome from the hands of Cesare Borgia.
