@Jorgevy: If I were to write a Moon knight film or any other film with copyrighted characters would I be allowed to submit the script as a producer (i'm going to school to be a film producer) or would I get in trouble because I didn't have permission before I wrote it.

the company owns both so it doesnt matter.

I think this is obvious when true. In the spider-man case, Sony doesn't own Marvel comics, but still, they get permission to use the character so they also have permission to use storylines from comics

So say if they made another batman film (reboot) and they used the Hush storyline that would be ok cuz WB owns DC comics right?

I was wondering when writing comic films is it ok to take things from comic story lines. Like Spider man 2 had things from The Amazing Spider-Man No. 50, "Spider-Man No More!" and the Dark knight rises was based on kind of like Knightfall. Is it ok to use the same dialogue or shots in the film that are from the panel.

Do you think they have to get permission on stuff like that or is it more like the company owns both so it doesnt matter.

@Eyelash30: "Maybe I should reinterpret myself or translate to state that Moon Knight is an imitation of Batman? Both seem motivated on REVENGE." ' Imitation is the sincerest form of plagarism.' - Jim Carrey." -- Sent in a private message.

Sir you are not a real Batman fan if you think he's motivated by Revenge! Batman is motivated by Justice.

What would you guys like to see in a Moon Knight film. What Villains? What supporting characters? What actors? What director? Should other heroes pop in? like Hawkeye?

What should the story be?

@Eyelash30: Good sir Batman and moon Knight are different the only thing that makes them close to being like each other is that they dress up and fight crime... Oh yea and they are rich. but so the fu*k what? why dont you read a moon knight comic.

Batman is a Detective.

Moon Knight is a crazy merc who becomes a hero.
