Batman is actually second; it was confirmed in Doomsday Clock Issue #2. So Batman and Lex are the 2 smartest. Ozymandias then says he's going to take the smartest, then visits Lex, meaning that Lex is #1 and Bruce is #2. And then Mr Terrific is third. Although you gotta be careful with Mr Terrific because they said "third smartest man", not person, so they could be literally talking about the third smartest male, although that's very unlikely. Who doesn't love semantics?
My thoughts exactly. Cass needs a love interest to be more relatable and engaging (as in an engaging character, no pun intended) and Tim would be perfect because there isn't too much of an age gap, and in the latter half of Detective Comics Rebirth, Steph kind of cheats on Tim by making out with Anarchy.
The way I see it, there are two likely ways it could happen: either Tim cheats on Steph with Cass or Tim and Steph break up and you gets together with Cass.
I think it most likely won't happen in the near future, but when it does, I swear to god I am going to read that run.
