Freeza survives a planet exploding, even while almost already dead. Then he and his father come to Earth. Remember Freeza is a being who can destroy planets while using a fraction of his first form (i.e not final/strongest form)'s power, via his fingertips no less.
Ye, planet tanker Freeza is sliced and diced, then obliterated by Trunks. His equally durable/powerful father is dispatched by a casual blast from TrunksTherefore Trunks attacks were more powerful in magnitude than the destruction of a planet. And Android 18 can take those same hits:
You can slice and dice those with CONFIRMED planet+ durability, but can't slice up 18, eh Trunks? Needless to say Cell's durability far exceeds 18's. And as I have said this makes sense since punches by ssj2 Gohan or Cell would obviously be more powerful than planet destroying ki blasts from Freeza, this surely indicates that their punches and kicks have more magnitude of force than said planet destroying ki blasts, meaning that they could indeed destroy a planet with blows.
Similarly any blast by Goku would easily exceed the blasts of Cell's, which were stated as being able to destroy the Solar System (ch 416) Look how powerful Goku has gotten in the end of the series.
As well bellow he says "Dragonball its the manga AND THE ANIME" And has multiple times been said to be able to destroy the universe
Now at full power Goku can destroy Buu in an instant
I must point out that destroying the shadow moon knocked out Superman
And even Master Roshi and early Piccolo can destroy moons.
As for speed
Goku can use Instant Speed: Shunkan Ido-INSTANT movement in battle, here are some examples.
To dodge Buu To dodge Cell Instant Kamehameha Instant Kienzan vs Buu
And Z senshi speed even without IT surpasses Bizaro's in combat easily.
Via speed uses 8 TANGIBLE ARMS

Uses Nyiobo to deflect bullets
Goku easily dodges bullets. Goku learns to surpass lightning speed with training from Popo
Below we see Kami, who was 1000 x more powerful than Popo, can't even follow Goku's movements, even with his godly eyes.
Now we know Picollo is able to destroy the moon at (or at least very near) the speed of light. Light takes 1.3 second from the Earth to the moon, Piccolo destroyed it in a second or two, but of course this counts the time for the light from the explosion to refract back to us.
Now we see radditz dodge Picolo's signature light of death, a move likely as fast or even faster than the no name on he used to destroy the moon.
And Saiyan Saga Vegeta and Nappa are much faster than Radditz
Goku's Namek speed

agree... all of this mangas proove not to mess with DBZ fighters cause they are beyond anything you put can put them against..
lets say you are about to fight somebody (but you have a choice who from my options).... the only power you have is the "Power of Laughter" meaning you have the ability to make anyone laugh in the universe and have long durability in battle....

yes why??? DD cannot fly or teleport!!!! Goku can just fly or teleport somewhere else in the universe and power up full power then comeback and destroy him for good....
