I don't know about Godzilla, but Waybig has the strength to lift a HighBreed Jump gate that was apparently more than 6.5 septillion tonnes.

And then it was basically confirmed that Waybig's cosmic ray is a planet buster, seeing as it was able to overpower the Incursean Conquest beam that destroyed Pluto, and they were already threatening to destroy earth with it.

Ultimate Aliens are generally at least 100x more powerful than they're none ultimate counterparts.
