He will (presumably) stop being Iron Man at the conclusion of the current storyarc, based on the way the story has unfolded so far and what Fraction has stated in interviews.

This. But overall it does look quite sleek and Tron like. If they amended the face plate, it wouldn't look half bad. I assume Tony will still be Iron Man during the course of Avengers vs X-Men given the solicits. At least I think so.
