Do you think that the X-Men are the most confusing part of the Marvel Universe?

There's seems to be a lot of fans who think that the X-Men's universe is kind of confusing due to the X-Men usually being self-contained in their own universe (the fact that mutants are hated in the Marvel Universe while other superheroes who have powers, but are not mutants are accepted more) and the fact that there are so many stories that seem to contradict each other. What do you think?

If fan predictions are true -- then the Inhumans are going to be just as confusing here pretty soon.

The X-Men have gotten so many retcons... It is hard to know what and who...

@awesomeperson: Exactly. Out of all the Marvel characters out there who have the most confusing histories, it has to be the X-Men.

With all the time travel its bound to be a little confusing.

yea. I always thought fans just ignored that problem because they were smart enough to understand marvel as a production.
