Kyrana is a capable treasure hunter proficient with guns and swords. But she also uses her beauty to manipulate men. She was trapped on a Ancient treasure planet by its guardian Kotah. She has teamed up with a fellow treasure hunter Raffa to work on a way off the planet.
After Daniel Jackson arrived, she recognized him even though he used an alias. Kyrana tried to get close to him, but Daniel was more interested in work, and later another treasure hunter, Dian. Kyrana tried to get Daniel in trouble by telling Hem'nok who he is. But Hem'nok had lost faith in the Goa'uld being gods and befriended Daniel instead.
After Daniel had found a way inside the underground vault, Kyrana and Raffa tried to break into one of them but this alerted Kotah. Daniel saved their lives. However this only inspired Kyrana and Raffa's next plan, to destroy the vault, to draw Kotah away from the Stargate long enough for them to escape. When they were about to dial out, an incoming wormhole came from Earth and they were halted by the soldiers. After Daniel managed to deactivate Kotah, everyone on the plant were allowed to return home, Kyrana included.
