I seeing him mentioned as a jobber but I haven't seen much evidence for it. Most of the time I have seen batman take him down it normally involves using effect weapons like tasers.

Well killer croc did fight Solomon Grundy once and held he's own in the fight but he still lost a think people think he's a jobber beaches the writers mostly uses him when they want some one really strong to fight the hero but not too strong that it's unrealistic for them to lose to yeah a fell bad for my boy croc.
