Kakine Teitoku

Personality

He is the rival of Mugino Shizuri (the fourth ranked level 5 in Academy City).

Kakine wants to become the strongest even if he has to kill Accelerator (the first ranked level 5 in Academy City), though he never manages to actually defeat Accelerator.

He's ruthless, cocky and cold hearted though at times he has shown mercy. He tried to kidnap Last Order just to call out Accelerator and tortures Kazari because she refuse to tell him Last Order's location.

He still has humanity and prefers to not involve innocent people in his battles, this was shown when he attempted to kill Tatkisubo Rikou, he decided to let her go just because she couldn't fight anymore.

Abilities

The angelic-like nature of his ability is described as "The One Who Has Touched the Territory of God"

Dark Matter ("Unknown Matter"), is his esper ability which allows him to create and control an unknown material that he uses to attack. It should be noted that the term "Dark Matter" is not to be confused with the true "Dark Matter" which is among the components of the universe.

The material he creates defies the Laws of Physics, allowing him to produce 25,000 different types of energy. He can use the substance and apparently shape it in any form he desires.

He can now seemingly create an infinite variety of objects using Dark Matter, even organs. Teitoku reveals himself to be able to create a body made out of pure Dark Matter, making him white in the process.

In this seemingly infinite supply of Dark Matter, Teitoku can apparently survive so long as there is Dark Matter. He can create autonomous beings such as a copy of his own body
