I thought that  Tony Stark asked Maria hill to blow up all of his armours? i can't remember what comic though.

he hasnt rebooted yet has he?. 

He's Tony Stark, he'll build himself a whole new lot of suits and show that Osborn is just a chump who can't even make an armor, much less control one correctly, I mean all he can do is paint them all red, white, and blue. Bucky does a better job then that and all he has is a robot arm.

all we have to do now is wait...

I don't think he'll get all his armor's back. And from what it sounds like in the latest Iron Man is he learned that Extremis was a mistake and won't be going that route again. But I am sure he'll have something new and amazing for Siege.
