In comparison to the lead-in issue, the story here feels as though it has hit some kind of a speed bump.  Certainly in the buildup of things to come for the Green Lantern Corps the developments here are interesting, but the amount of dialogue which is of an explanatory nature tends to slow things down a fair bit here.  The issue primarily focuses on a meeting between the Zamorans and the Guardians, who are being escorted by some of the most senior or powerful members of the Corps.  The explanati...
