This is another issue which has the unfortunate requirement to follow on the end of Blackest Night and to try to capture the attention of the reader.  There is enough going on here, just not as much of it seems as pressing as events two issues previous.  Instead of the feeling of immediacy this feels a lot more relaxed as the reader is taken on a bit of a tour of Oa and its various inhabitants before any forward looking plot is established (well except for parts on Ysmault.)  In fact some parts ...

 Its sad to see Patrick Gleason and Peter Tomasi leave this book but Tony Bedard did a good job in writing this issue but as for the art it was kinda inconsistent the opening scene was fantastic but as the book went on the art floundered a little the weakest part of the book had to be the flashback to the events of blackest night but for every bad there is good one of the scenes with Ganthet looked amazing. Plot & Action: The readers are treated to another tease of Guy Gardner's mission that sets up "Emerald Warriors." The problem? We still don't know exactly what it is. The payoff better be good if they're going to tease it twice without revealing it. So what happens after that? Ganthet returns, as the cover indicates, to the Green Lantern Corps.
