Long ago a powerful ruler made a deal with Beerus, the God of Destruction. The more the ruler destroyed the more power Beerus would give him. This relationship was passed on to all his descendants, and thus the Frost Demons were born.
Frieza comes into the picture when he arrives on Earth to destroy it. ) Vegeta explains to the JLA who Frieza is and tells them he is for him and Kakkarot to handle. In this timeline Vegeta was captured after losing his fight with the Z Fighters and fell in love with Bulma while recovering, making him choose to settle down on Earth. When Frieza is facing the Z Fighters he recognizes both Vegeta and Goku. He chuckles and reveals how he destroyed planet Vegeta, which makes Vegeta attack him in anger. Frieza kills Vegeta, Goku fights Frieza, Goku thinks he's won, Frieza comes back and kills Krillin, and then Goku goes SSJ. Goku defeats Frieza after a long fight and goes back to normal. Vegeta returns from death after seeing Goku go SSJ as a spirit and refusing to die without surpassing him. The story ends with Frieza's mangled body floating in space. A ship resembling Frieza's pulls up beside him and we see a tall figure looking out at him. The POV zooms in on the figure and we see a Frost Demon saying "What have they done to you... My son?"
