It would be a 3D beat 'em up style game with a large move set and a crazy story.

It would be called AfroMan: The Game, and it would be the best thing ever.

Mine would have a very open level (like GTA 4) except every building would have an interior and be completely destructable.
The idea of the game would be to create a super powered being based on a list of powers. Then you and some other character duke it out with controls particular to your characters powers.

Take that DC universe online.

I don't know why there hasn't been a modern rip-off of Independence Wars: Edge of Chaos.

I wouldn't even be annoyed that one of my favourite old games was being ripped off, I want to play a game like this again.

Sandbox like playable Space-Opera.

i would have a survival game in which you choose one of the following settings

Zombie apocylpse
Nazi Invasion
Alien Invasion

then when you start the game the program uses gps to make a survival grid of sar 20 square miles based upon the location of you console when it is. So you cna play a shooter based on your own neighbourhood
