Truth is whatever you can convince people to believe. I use facts always but sometimes, truths are interpreted for convenience.

I don't post in battle threads.

What do you do then?

These are fictinal characters. There is no truth to who would win or who can do what. The are malleable and feats or statements can be interpreted to mean anything. I go with whatever makes sense based on feats but I don't believe there is any singular truth with comic characters battles, most of the time.

Most of my time on this website is spent in the off-topic board.

Believe it or not, sometimes I just don't know my facts.

Barring jokes, I state what I believe is true. I've been proven wrong and have made mistakes but we're only human.

Unless I'm wrong. I say what I truly believe to be true.

I say what I believe to be true based on my knowledge of characters and those characters feats. I haven't always been correct in my assessment of battles considering sometimes I have been unaware of certain showings a character has.

I try to be as objective as possible...

Sometimes I deliberately say things I know are wrong just to see if anyone can or will correct me.

No sometimes I say a bunch of BS that would never happen in a battle just to try and rustle a few people but it never works

What is Truth?

Most users in Battles talk about fictional elements, not as many talk about actual true aspects involved. Also if its about debating then the truth is irrelevant, actual debate isn't about the truth, its about presenting, constructing strong and credible arguments, for a stance, position whilst criticizing, and attempting to weaken opposing arguments, deconstructing opposing arguments and so on. If some users are there for the "truth" and some are there to debate fictional elements… also some users ideas and definitions of facts, truths aren't consistent with others. So you know...
