Timelines aren't stories, they are a fragment of a possible plotline. If you really wish to make this into a fanfic you'll have to do much more. From my own personal experience with this part of comicvine, I've learned that the person who cares most about the idea in an idea thread is usually the original poster. Since you are the most passionate about this idea it becomes your responsibility to make this into an interesting story. You can certainly ask for help but don't expect others to frame up your ideas for you.
