@frozen: That's because Stalin wasn't a Communist; Stalin was a self-interested man whose ideals fell more in line with Fascism than Communism. In fact, Lenin(a true Communist) didn't trust Stalin at all.

As far as Moa, he was brutal, and not very great at governance, but he certainly believed in the ideals of Communism and stood for equality. It's part of the reason China and Russia had a falling apart: Russia didn't believe in equality and wanted to dictate how the Chinese practiced Communism.

I don't know much about Kim Il-Sung to know if he were a true Communist or not, but Jung-Un and Jung-Il weren't Communists.

Just because you fly the moniker of Communism, it doesn't mean you're a Communist. Deng XiaoPing was a "Communist," but he opened China up to America and the West using Capitalism.

Without Deng, China is still one of the poorest countries in the world, but if you asked him while he was alive he would tell you that he was a hardcore Maoist.
