The second snap Thanos did was more powerful because he used the stones to destroy the stones and he said he nearly died.

And even then Hulk only took a portion of the energy of the regular snap because it mostly gives out gamma radiation which Hulk can absorb and that's the reason why Thor couldn't do it. Not because Hulk is more durable than Thor but he has an advantage over Thor when it comes to wearing the gauntlet.

Thanos even with the Hulk's advantage still handle the gauntlet far better than the Hulk

Hulk passed out when he snapped and Thanos on the other hand was fine

So no Hulk can't survive destroying the stones like Thanos and Thanos is far more durable than the Hulk.
