• Royal Guards of Alexis: Guard 2 aka. Big Boy.

• Guards Basic Abilities:

Guards can utilizes and specialized their armor by using technology alone. Their armor may be powered by the user's thoughts, will, and Aether Energy, so the user would have to concentrate if the suit is to high-tech function properly. But knowing this she learned how to impose her will into these armors through her Aether Energy. The suits may are equipped with all sorts of gadgets and weapons as well.

- Guards can manipulate data allowing them to collect information about most businesses and organizations and their operations and do amazing things to or inside computers such as hacking and manipulate computer programs, and weapons. The Guards can even control the data they collect from living beings, inorganic compounds, and even energies. These Guards also know how to instinctivelyhack through difficult mainframes of information and bypass intensively difficult levels of online security. The user can also hack the systems of incredibly complex devices and weapons to aid them in various situations.

- The Guards can, by seeing an ability (Tech) at work, intuitively understand how it works, how to control it, and how to master it. Alternatively the Guards are also able to develop a countermeasure if they understand an ability long enough to figure out it's weaknesses. They're also able to interface with computers, Tech and IT networks, allowing them to download and gather information.

- Using their programming, data gathered, and Aether, The Guards can turns data into solid matter. Guards can materialize weapons, food, vehicles, even living beings such as animals or characters from a series on a web video. The user can also gain other powers from cyber space along with information.

*Their abilities are similar to that of a conjurers*

- The Guards are able to perceive everything in digital data-form, this way the they can collect data faster and even analyze it to use it.

- The Guards can download any sort of energy, data, matter, etc. they want from anywhere and use it with their specialized abilities because of cosmic awareness. If they posses powers that take time to reach full strength, this ability can help speed up the process. This power can gather the energies and organize them into the form of a process bar to help reach completion. with this ability The Guards can even measure exact amounts of energies, substances, materials or other matters to be absorbed by the them.

- Guards can perceive, understand, control and generate electronic, digital, and radio transmissions sometimes without even accessing any standard source of communication. They can be the essence a living wireless hub/computer.

- Guards can perform complex visual scans on their environment or creatures around them and determine their intimate properties or detect their presence. They can also diagnose the condition of what they observe and find inconsistencies or errors.

• Big Boy specific abilities.

- Big Boy Ball: Big Boy can create and launch spheres of energy/matter. Being able to launch these enegy spheres also means he can change to the properties and density of these spheres. Big Boy can trap targets inside these spheres. John had a lot of influence of this weapon so of course he the spheres act like a sponge and absorb energy/matter. Once the sphere is the perfect size the unstable energy gathered will cause catastrophic explosion. *This attack can be Omnidirectional*- Big Boy Energy Chain: For less destruction Big Boy can project energy/matter that hits one target and connects to another target near by. As long as there's targets the chain won't end. The chain link is a beam of light that strikes through the target easily do to the intense heat. *This attack can be Omnidirectional *- Big Boy Eruption: Big Boy can channel unstable energy through the ground around an area (large or small) to cause an energy explosion from underneath unsuspecting targets.- Big Boy Energy Bounce: Big Boy can release attacks of energy/matter that can bounce off of any surface. The more it reflects the faster it moves and more unstable it gets for a catastrophic explosion to happen-Big Boy Block: BB can send out a wave of energy/matter that repels incoming assaults. - Big Boy Cover- Do to emitting tons of cosmic energy, BB is capable of hiding his energy signature.• Backround: This was Alexis muscle. BB can only go Mach 4 on land, and can take a lot of damage. This suit specifically is 10x more durable than Alexis suit and gives out 2x the power. It's a snail compared to here though.

@killerwasp: I feel you on that one. I said that to myself during the early stages of this project XD.

The ideas I had for most of my characters I would have loved to draw especially Èlan, Alexis, Chase, and Jet.

The moment Èlan has his shard space going chaotic I would have loved to draw that.

• Location: Availia Region, formed by Jet Uveal.

• 7 Nature Beast - New Keepers/Protectors.

• Backround: Sometime in th future, Jet has decided to stay in one region on the planet. At first the land you see now was just a wasteland of death and decay. Overtime Jet began to heal the lands of its suffering. Using 70% of his power Jet formed oceans, mountain ranges, mountain/desert valleys, forest, and his own capital city right in the center. Around the city are his Blue Eyed Moon Blossums. These protect the people, food/animals, plants inside and around the city from disease and illnesse.

By gaining the powers of one of the Four Grand Elders, he was able to summon 7 beast of the Nature. Weather-Desert/Earth-Water-Volcanic/Earth-Sky-Mountain/Earth-Life.

These "Gods" are the final protectors of Availia. As a contract, Jet cannot summon them when ever he wants.. though he does every now and then. Since they admire Jet for what he's done for the Earth they're able to look past it sometimes.

Here is how it looks from the top, we got the ice caps, and there is one little mountain that sticks out, that is hard to see even from the ground,

Once you journey inside of it

, you will see the gate to enter in, but only magic users can open it up. This is also where the snow ends, after following the trail and into another tunnel.

After upon entering the city through the magical gate, here is where u will arrive first its considered the very outskirts of the kingdom.

Upon the small little towns sprinkled across this massive landscape, you will find the first major city within this area of mars.

There are different cities per say, that area all around this large ice cap crown cause the cities are spread across, of it buried deep within the surface of mars. Heres the Imperial palace (also known as Artificium et Masquerade ) from the outside. Along with the largest city

Take note as i said for Lamiusi she has her own realm while the others don't care for one.

I'm working on the locations they are relevant to seprately. Using My phone it's hard to jam all that info into one post, and Id rather not have them in different threads.

That's why I put them with the first picture that somewhat captures the whole region.

@aressword: create an army, a fictional army, it's not that i cannot create a good one but;

1. You are kinda interested in the new universe.

2. You have a cosmic military view that i may not have.

3. Your battle threads say you can create a powerful conquering force with state of the art technology.

The race are the caelians, etheral_dreams own the race but my character is like their ultimate soldier, the purpose of this race is to be a conquering force in the universe, so they need a badass army, help me whoop one out.

I will tell etheral_dreams about it don't worry just do it.

@gizmorino: Uh well, i create threads sure but creating an army is something entirely different. I can't draw one up and everything i use is based on a Sci fi. Judging from this its super op, but i can post some interesting pictures if you'd like and can use them for ur army. Since ur army is all about owning everyone there isn't any need of a huge list just simply THEE list of about 5 or 6 things.

The Island Republic of Ilha Formosa

Government and Military

A shielded, and defensive tech society. It comes with 23 individual clans that all live together as a island republic. The clans are remnants of both han chinese humans and native aboriginal humans. They are ruled by a Council of Elders. The elders are all honorable statesmen and women, who are the elected/representative heads of each clan.

Their society revolves around community, spirituality and evolving technology(which is really reverse-engineered 30th century tech). Among the young, volunteers are taken and tested for enrollment into the Formosan defensive force. These soldiers and scientist continually maintain and update the island's main line of defense; a massive, three layered electro-magnetic force field. They strengthen the barrier's defensive abilities with each technological breakthrough that they achieve with their discoveries in reverse-engineering.

The Republic keeps a small fleet of large, technologically advanced war ships. They are used to patrol the surrounding sea territory and to guard trade or diplomatic vessels in route to their destinations. Citizens are not allowed to venture out of the island unless it is for diplomatic, military or trade reasons. Ships and crews are also sent out on small expeditions to collect valuable remnants of old cities, ships and artifacts; all to be taken home, examined, studied, stripped apart and reverse engineered. Raw materials for constructing modern adaptations of ancient technology, or mass producing re-tech are either taken from melted down metals of unsalvageable parts, or brought in through trade with other civilizations.

Economy:

Of course, the reverse tech or re-tech aren't just used for military means, but also adapted to improve the lives and comforts of civilians, and to ensure that the clans can continue to live in harmony with the island, and not deplete it of its resources. Their re-tech is also mass-produced and used in trade with other nearby civilizations, though any trade goods has to be submitted to be reviewed by the Technological council to make sure that the good cannot be used as a weapon against the Republic. Engineering and programming are popular vocations for the people here, and are used for both civilian entertainment and military uses.

People:

Formosans as a whole are brought up to be respectful to their elders and to serve as worthy role models to their young ones. The people there can be divided into two groups: those who prefer to stay within the safety and society of the island barrier and work on improving things within their homeland, and those foolish or brave enough to venture outside(driven by their curiosity, wanderlust or just greed). In Formosa, it is mainly the Kujia clan that posses the following traits, as they are very opportunistic/business-minded people who see the outside as a place with great potential(no matter the risks). However, despite the many that died in the great unknown, their trips to the outside world did bring benefit to Ilha Formosa as a whole, since the surviving returnees came back with technology, contacts and informal diplomatic/trade ties with other countries and other such advantages.

They are a very careful, and diplomatic group, preferring to establish ties of friendship, trade and trust with other countries. Formosans are generally soft-spoken and very agreeable to strangers. Once ties of friendship are established, they become very hearty and open with others, and are as concerned with the well-being of their friend as if they were the well-beings of themselves. They have military agreements with other civilizations, granting them airspace, sea passage and defensive tech expertise in exchange for peace and protection. Civilians tend to be very industrious, and work hard to instill their knowledge/work-ethic into each following generation. Friendships are prized, family relations are honored and the benefit of the society is held above all.

In terms of physiology, Formosans all come in standard human physiology, but Formosan civilians generally wear supportive tech-suits that enhance everyday activities and such. Formosan soldiers generally equip thicker but still somewhat flexible tech-armor, that provides much needed protection from radiation, blunt trauma, and other such things. Each generation comes out with better or sleeker technology. The latest iteration Generation 8, comes with programs and nanites for self-diagnosis and wound disinfection/sealing within the suit. Suits can be taken to tech-designers and be modified or changed to suit one's individual needs or preferentiality. Military suits also come with miniature force field generators, but due the small size of the battery packs on the suits, the personal barrier tends to only last for a short length of time(depending on what kind of impact it absorbs and reflects), its generally not advised to be used unless in dire emergency.

I haven't thought of creating characters for the place yet, since I'm waiting for Hulkage and Etheral's thoughts on the Republic itself. But I'm open to the idea^^ can you link me to his character profile? The island is mainly populated by human and normal ESPers, so he can't be anyone Godlike or too op.

@hopeonfire: you are new here, but you want a civilisation with good technology, you either join @killerwasp: on mars or be rivals with the caelians or will be posted to another universe, but that universe story arc will be the second line of continuity because we would have to finish with this universe story line first.

@gizmorino: Tech-rivalry with the Caelians sound good. I don't think this would lead to any open conflicts between the two either, if Caelia isn't located in Asia.

The Superpower Extreme Championship League

Starting in a simple boxing ring roughly 6 years ago, the SEC has become a world renown contest where those with special abilites can test there skill and their peers. Owned and run by Anton Decklin, former world champion boxer, the SEC has become a mecca for those who want to show what they are made of in the ring and strive to win fabulous prizes! We can go on about the competitors in this contest, but lets talk about the arena. Using technology that allows for arenas to be to exact replicas of real world areas, each fighter will have to think on their feet in order to battle the opponent as well survive their surroundings! Here just some the terrain that our challengers will face:

Real Combat Ring

Using the same technology that prevents special powers to be used during legal proceedings and government events, this arena is the bane of any fighter who thinks they can when with just their abilities. Many a challenger has fallen prey to this ring's "power void" field. Without those powers, you'll need use you own combat skills to win! One could remove the jewel on top to taken down the field, but that would mean the opponent getting to use their powers as well! Fight smart!

The Wilderness Arena

An arena set in forest terrain, this is the prefect for those who need somewhere to hide and strategize. The that this is one of the bigger arenas will make that easy. But the local wildlife definitely won't. Any animal that you see can be used by the opponent to find whatever is disturbing their home. You'll only have a few moments to think of something, as curious brave animals will move towards hidden threats, which would eventually give away your position. Soon you'll have no choice but to get down and dirty! By the way, watch out for the flood!

Tospy Turvy Zone

Anti-gravity can be quite an experience. Especially when that experience involves being stuck in a room with a guy who really wants to hit you! Get ready to reacquainted with what you ate earlier today as you bounce off the walls to try and catch (or run) from the enemy!

Sky high Zone

Those of you with a fear of heights should avoid this stage like the plague! Probably the most expansive arena, it's perfect those people with their heads in clouds (as well as the rest of their bodies)! For those of who might be jealous of those high flier, don't worry. There will be times when the weather make being in the sky a VERY bad idea. Make sure to bring an umbrella, snow boots, and a spare lightning rod is you have one! And watch you step, as this has a severe issue with Ring Out victories!

The Finale

This is it. The arena that all our competitor hope to set foot in. This stage stands apart from league, as it is only used for the finalists of the championship tournaments. The owner, Anton Decklin, spare no expense in making this ring have the same feel as the rings that were used in old days. The main difference, this ring is reinforced with adaptive plating so that all those who want the title can fight as hard as they possibly can, regardless of what powers they have! A major difference in this arena compared to the others is that the audience will be there to watch your every move. But don't think about them.Think about how you'll one step away from winning the SEC World Championship Title! Get in that ring and get that belt!!!

Note: this is for Class 3 super beings and below. Once the SEC get access to graphumtanium, work will be done to create a Class 4 and up contest!

It can be one of the states within the Borderlands, which are dozens of highly secret human settlements created and funded by the Remnant within the mostly dried up Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The Remnant are descendants of 30th Century scientists who have reverse engineered technology from their ancestor's era. The Remnant reverse engineer technology and gather resources to establish settlements, ultimately in order to try to eventually reestablish humanity as a dominant force on Earth. They are also known to have performed experiments on Esper, Eldritch, and even Forgotten Ones (they seek to harness their power in order to reestablish humanity). The Borderlands is also home to humans who have wandered away from their tribes to see the world or errant mercenaries.

Steam Island

When the war broke, refugess from different parts of the world explore other options for them not to be involved in the conflict. Lead by a physicist named Dr. Hyperion Gravehearth they find a remote island in the pacific where they build a village wherein they can hide and live peacefully. Steam Island is mainly powered by steam, a technolgy that was enhanced by Dr. Gravehearth for them to enable to protect themselves from outsiders. There are over 500 residents in the island mostly consists of adults. When the Ragnarok Drive was used in the war, the dark matter from the weapon affected almost 90% of the island's population. Killing Dr. Gravehearth and the rest of the adult in the island who are overwhelmed by the dark matter. While the rest of the young adults and children mutated into something they cannot comprehend. Eos being the eldest bow to protect the survivors after finding out that he and 4 others have an advance mutation, a mutation that gives them powers when they are enraged. He formed the Blood Covenant who bows to protect the people of his island, while teaching the children the importance of peace and harmony. Steam Island was lead by the Blood Covenant who was formed Eos along with the 4 others who gained an advance mutation. The Blood Covenant bows not to be involved in the war unless something happens... something that will changed their lives.
