Hope for Sony Universe Kraven the Hunter is R Rated

After PG !13 massacre of Venom and Morbius, We are finally getting an R rated movie.

Scott Adkins should play Kraven.

The fact that it's Sony means there's no hope to begin with

This guy does not look like Kraven the hunter.

I still don't have too much hope. I like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, but I'm not sure he's the best fit for the character. Plus the early synopses sound like they're making Kraven into an animal rights activist, which from what I've read is really not what the character's about.

Weird casting choice.

The casting choice is odd imo, almost random but I mean if Kick-ass can pull it off more power to him. Not sure how to feel on the rating thing.

My hope is the R rating also means they really can lean into the darker themes associated with the character...

...while also unleashing creative violence, too.
