Not a chance. Cull is equal or slightly superior to Hulk who is much stronger and more durable than Superman. Iron-Man, Spider-Man and Hulkbuster are all above Supes and they failed to one-shot Cull.

Supes is never putting him down so Cull no-sells and kills him instead.
