Can Daredevil always beat Batman?

I've heard it said that DD is the king of the street leveler. So I'm asking can he always win against one of the greatest, Batman.

So its that simple. Is he or not Batman's superior on the battle field?

If so why? And what do u think of DD powers and abilities?

(All in character weapons, chance encounter, current versions)

Neh, Bats will always win the majority of their battles

daredevil is cool and all don't get me wrong but he isn't that he hasn't done anything nearly comparable to that man and he does not have the skill or experience so no he does not win every match and I don't know how you get that he was the best street leveler

@impervious: lol daredevil is cool daredevil is fast and daredevil is smart but daredevil isn't batman and as a matter of fact when it comes to street levelers daredevil is kinda low grade not trying to talk about him or anything but he certainly not Batman he is been thrown off by sonar and other different types of distractions which is one of the things that Batman does best so I really can't see him taking a majority in this fight

I think DD would beat Bruce in a pure H2H fight 6/10, but Batman would use gadgets, explosives, mess with DD's senses and his armor would provide him some protection. Batman wins 9/10.

He may be better in some categories (reflexes and agility, possibly a few others) but I don't think he's taking the majority.

I am in the minority who think Daredevil would take a slight majority over Bruce. Still, it definitely wouldn't be easy.

Daredevil is a normal human with enhanced senses

Batman is a walking plot device.

It's the gadgets, Batman uses the sonic to call bats for distraction he's gonna notice DD loses his balance and go from there otherwise he would get countered every step of the way.

I'd give DD a slight majority in only H2H but Bruce's armor and gear will give him the edge in a standard fight.

DD should take a majority against street level Batman, slim as it may be. He loses handily to Godmode Batman.

Daredevil would give him a good fight if it was straight h2h, but Bruce would beat him in a random 7-8/10.

Batman doesn't need godhood or plot devices to beat Daredevil,seriously people need to stop making stupid excuses.

Don't know how Dardevil is supposed to win this one. Batman has superior everything. Better training, better equipment, more experience. Have to give it to Batman.

I'd bank on Bruce over Matt more often than not.

Batman would beat daredevil for a very large majority. Matt would make it a good fight each time but Batman is simply too good and versatile.

Shouldn't either Bruce or Peter be the "King Of The Street Levelers?"

DD could take a few but not a majority over Bats.

@69ball-z-deep: Bruce mastered almost every martial art, he has Alfred to bring in a car ect... on command. With Batarangs and gas. Batman just always seems older than Daredevil.

No. Bruces gear and cunning def tips the scale in his favor. I think in straight h2h Murdock could get him, but with his gear I think Batman can beat DD.....imho

well after reading these comments the idea of DD being street level king is starting to look true. We had a couple of people say Bats would use sonics like he would know DD was blind. lol. And a few said gear which is equally hilarious sense Bats in character gear would be a breez for DD. hmm...i guess DD is the king. lol. but seriously not ones even getting close to a sound argument.

@69ball-z-deep: it's not about knowing DD is blind it's his standard tactic using gadgets and figuring what he's up against, you tell me he wouldn't notice sonics throw him off balance? I like DD too, even more than Bats but c'mon king of the street levelers?
