Can Broly go SSJ3 with training

I think he cannot and second question is broly lssj stronger than goku ssj2 buu saga

If Frieza can surpass SSGSS in four months, I don't see why not.

Yeah but it isn't about him training per say. It's more like he needs to increase his body's ability to handle his constant Ki supply. As we have seen his power constantly rises but he doesn't have the physical capacity to handle the power. For him it's like pushing to much oxygen in his lungs.

If he were to train I definitely think he could go SS3 without much trouble. Though I'm not sure how'd he'd become a SS2 because anger is the key and he's always angry

It would be his Legendary version of ss3, but there's no reason he couldn't. The only form he couldn't logically reach is God form. Then again, if there is anyone who can go super saiyan devil, it's him.
