Best superhero origins movie?

I really like all of them except Daredevil and Wolverine Origins. But I'd give top spot to Batman Begins.

I'm going to vote for Man of Steel, just because I don't think its going to get a lot of votes and most of the genius of the film seems to be lost on people because they only want to talk about how Superman killed Zod.

With the exception of X-Men: Origins and Dardevil though, all of these are good movies. (TASM>Spiderman though)

Batman Begins without a doubt.

@fallschirmjager: I forgot Thor and Punisher but which others?? I left out Batman (89) and X-Men because they aren't origins stories although they are supposed to be the first in a trilogy they aren't telling an origin story.

@darehulk: Thor, Punisher, Fantastic Four, Spawn, Kick Ass, TMNT, Blade, Hulk 2003 and The Incredible Hulk 2008, Hellboy, Ghost Rider and Green Lantern all come to mind off the top of my head.

I gave Iron Man the vote because some sort of credit has to be given for making a B-list comic character an A-list Hollywood grossing machine. Honorable mention to Captain America and Batman Begins.

First Class is absolute awesome-sauce.

MOS, not only the best origin movie but also the BEST SUPERHERO movie of all time (so far). BB is the second best origin movie.

Superman (1978). It set the standard for all superhero origin movies to follow.

Anyway, I vote Batman Begins. It's not my favorite film on here, but I think it's the most well-done origin in a comic movie.
