1/ We get a close up of General Dodge’s black sunglasses. The reflections that show off of them are vital scans of Agent Venom. The poses are just Agent Venom standing and facing to the side, and standing and facing forward (like a prison line up shot, but medical – vital signs to the side, heart rate, etc). All the readings are off the charts and in the red, and there’s a red glow on Dodge’s face from the machines. Dodge is not pleased.
GENERAL DODGE: Dr. Mackenzie, you have about five seconds to explain this to me.
2/ Pan out to show General Dodge standing there, Dr. Mackenzie at his side holding a high tech iPad-ish device, panicking as he analyzes all the data he can.
DR. MACKENZIE: W-well sir, it appears that Agent Thompson is no longer in control of the--
3/ Close up of Dodge. He’s gritting his teeth in frustration and if we could hear him, you’d think he was boiling inside.
GENERAL DODGE: I’m. Aware. Of. That.
4/ Dr. Mackenzie’s face, he’s looking up and nervous.
DR. MACKENZIE: Carnage is the symbiote’s offspring, and apparently their race hates their offspring, because—well, they do. And somehow, the symbiote’s literally CRUSHED the micro-bots we installed as a new killswitch, and now--
GENERAL DODGE(OP): My Agent Venom is trying to murder Carnage, when he SHOULD be stopping this disaster.
DR. MACKENZIE: … Yes, sir.

GENERAL DODGE: I got a call a few minutes ago, Mackenzie.
GENERAL DODGE: If Thompson doesn’t get control of himself in the next two hours—if we don’t get our butts in gear and shut down this attack, troops will be called in. More lives will be lost in the crossfire.

GENERAL DODGE: I had to assure the president that we could handle this.

3/ Front view of Dodge, rubbing his forehead.
GENERAL DODGE: I’ve placed my faith in Thompson. Can you please tell me you’d do the same, Mackenzie?
GENERAL DODGE: Just so I don’t feel so incredibly stupid if this backfires?
4/ Mackenzie standing beside Dodge.
DR. MACKENZIE: Sir, Thompson’s dragged the symbiote back into his control around SPIDER-MAN. He can do this.

1/ Venom and Carnage in a hold. Venom has Carnage’s wrists in his grip, but Carnage has tendrils spurting out from his neck and shooting toward Venom’s face.
CARNAGE: It’s been SO LONG pops!
CARNAGE: Ya got RUSTY
2/ Venom jumping back from Carnage’s tendrils which are shaped like fishhooks and wine bottle openers.
VENOM: GRRRR…
CARNAGE: Ya got FERAL too
CARNAGE: Like a BIG, BAD DOG.
CAPTION(Venom): I’m starting to see why the symbiote will stop at nothing to kill him.
3/ Carnage’s fists turning into axes.
CARNAGE: I’ve been killin dogs since I was a TINY LIL BOY!

4/ Venom picking up a parked car by the front end, intending to toss it at Carnage.
CARNAGE: Brock whats’sa matter?

1/ Venom tossing the car at Carnage. Carnage is bracing himself with his axe hands, he could be yelling “BRING IT ON” at the car given his pose.
VENOM: BROCK!!
CARNAGE: WHAT?!

2/ Back view of Venom snarling and crouched over partially, the car is stopping in mid-toss, as if Carnage grabbed it from the front.
CAPTION(Venom): I want to kill Carnage too.

2/ Wide shot of Monster. He’s headbutting Malice in the face, while tendrils are ripping out from his back and strangling Scream. Toxin is jumping down at him from above, trying to slam his fists down. Toxin is in his venom-ish form.
CAPTION(Spider-man): He’s so strong.
3/ Monster glaring up and grabbing Toxin’s wrists with his arm.

CAPTION(Patrick): Now he’s worse than ever, and even though I’m trying my best—we just can’t seem to even hurt him. He’s pumped up more than ever.
CAPTION(Patrick): The worst part is that Gina’s out there, fighting these things and trying to stay sane…

VENOM: Good. Then you won’t mind--
4/ Close up of Agent Venom’s hand with the knife. His hand is free, the knife is being handled by a tendril that’s branching off from his wrist. It’s going at the regular speed that his hand would go, so it’s basically the same, but freeing up his hand.

5/ Carnage looking down as the knife hits his left leg in the same spot.

1/ Splash page. Carnage has fallen. … Literally. He’s fallen on his belly and he’s looking up and groveling. Agent Venom is walking away. It’s a parody of the famous “Spider-man: NO MORE!” image, where Peter Parker walks away from a Spider-man costume in a trash can. Except there’s no trash can, just a beaten Carnage and a ravaged New York City. Carnage is stretching tendrils out after him, trying to reach him of course.
CARNAGE: COME BACK HERE
CARNAGE: DON’T YOU FRIGGIN LEAVE
CARNAGE: I WAS... I WAS WINNING…
CARNAGE: I WAS WINNING!!!!
CAPTION(Agent Venom): He’s probably never tried just walking with tendrils. Figure it’ll take a while for him to get used to it and get up again.

1/ Front view of Agent Venom, running as fast as he can. He’s got his fingers to his ear, to focus on his comm link.
VENOM: Kate, this is Agent Venom. Repeat, this is Agent Venom. You copy?
KATE(via comm): Agent Venom! You made it!
VENOM: It wasn’t easy. I’m close to the docks.
2/ Inside of the Project Rebirth 2.0 facility, Kate and Dr. Mackenzie and General Dodge sit in the control room, relieved.
KATE: Good! Make it count, Agent Venom! You’ve got an hour and a half until New York City is declared an official warzone and more lives are put on the line!
VENOM: So no pressure then? Got it.
3/ General Dodge’s face.
GENERAL DODGE: Rip the entire place apart.
3/ Agent Venom’s suit changes from his current look into a more “underwater” design. Aside from the spider and eyes, his body looks like a big wetsuit, and his feet have become like fins, and his hands are now webbed. He’s in the water, after just diving in, bubbles all around him.
