I'll go with team in a tough match ... I think NW could ferret DS out wherein WS could take the head shot. But if this turns into a brawl, I see DS winning in a tough one.

The problem is they're not facing him one on one. This two on one. And both teams have prep. As such, your points as you've made them are not really relevant.

I dont think Dick or Buck could do it solo, but together they would take down slade.

What are Slades current feats as well as Dicks. Also what are Bucky's feats in Winter Soldier?

Slade has been tanking building explosions for giggles and taking on far superior opponents than what current dick has been shown to take.

Even current slade on the fly took out a guy who had enough strength to pick up a monster submarine and toss it like child's play. The dude also had armor made of nth metal.

If you're talking about what happened in Winter Soldier, no he didn't. Him and Black Widow entered Doom's fortress and they tried to get him on their good side. He realizes they are on the other side of a door and he attacks them, takes out Natasha with a blast, Bucky draws his pistol and he kicks Bucky to his surprise at how fast he moves and then Doom chokes him with one hand and has an energy ball in one fist ready to punch Bucky in the head.

Doesn't really matter because Winter Soldier isn't enough to turn the tide in their favor, and the key word is BOTH teams have prep, which means they get slaughtered ever further since they can't outprep Deathstroke either.

In New 52, what prep feats does Slade have under his belt? I guess I think too logically. I mean, so much easier to bait prey with two skilled opponents than on your lonesome IMO. Especially when one is considered among the best snipers in the Marvel U. Winter Soldier's gotten the drop on Wolverine with prep; figuring a way to bypass his enhanced senses to take him in.

If it comes down to a brawl they lose, with prep against New 52 Slade, I can see them getting the drop.

Pre-52 Slade could easily take this one. Post 52 I'm not so sure.

Slade with prep will defeat them.

It seems that 52 Slade has a bit of an ego. I think this might effect the outcome.

If Nightwing and Slade get into melee, no reason why Bucky can't snipe them both for the win.
