pretty sure 5 and 6 cannot do it in the first place (but I do not want to get into that flame war lol). I'm siding towards maybe Hal Jordon or Beta Ray Bill. Black Bolt is a close second though

A few episodes before that instance Piccolo destroyed the moon with a casual ki blast and he was not even remotely as powerful as Nappa, let alone Vegeta.

I know that the moon is multiple times smaller, than the earth, but Cmon now.

If it were anime Vegeta this wouldn't even be a contest. He was destroying planets so casually. But since we are going by the manga I have to give it to Hulk

I don't know anything about Dragon Ball, so I'll skip Vegeta. Blue Marvel can't destroy a planet in the first place. As for the rest, I don't know if Hal Jordan could destroy it faster than World Breaker Hulk or not, but I would put those 2 at the top. Then Black Bolt, then Death Seed Sentry, and then Beta Ray Bill.

Vegeta, Piccolo blew up the moon in an instant. Vegeta was weakened vs goku when he was about destroy earth so he had to charge up to defeat goku along with the earth. But with this its just the planet, so I believe at full power he would blitz the planet with nobody stopping him.

Hulk. Are Blue Marvel and Black Bolt planet busters in the first place?

He is a planet buster in the guide. He needs ultimate that requires charge up tho so he is outclassed here. And stop with baits.
