Blitzing Apoc is not a great feat. Its not better than Supergirl blitzing Astra who is faster than Apoc. Granted Quciksilver is faster than Astra and Supergirl but that feat is not great. Most impressive blitzing feat not more impressive speed feats. Otherwise QS just flat out is better.
You can see Supergirl and Superman in the gifs but we have reference for them how they are moving. Supermans is not even impressive in any way. If you can see Smallville Superman blitzing on screen does not make it slower in the moment because everything else including "bullets are frozen". So just because you see him not moving is not a good reference to compare the speed.

Umm, quicksilver is faster than astra, by your own admission. Apoc can tag quicksiver in motion. So does that not make him faster?
and besides, smallville clark is shown running in slow motion. Quicksilver is too fast to be seen even in slow motion.
show me someone else moving fte while time is slowed to a crawl, and that would be on quicksilvers level.
Strange warping Thor around. It was literally instant. He spammed an ability his target couldn't hope to react to...that's a speedblitz by definition, regardless of whether they were in a fight.

No. Apoc is not fast. Tagging speedsters does not make you fast. So we have Darkseid and Thanos tag speedsters or people with speed in case of Thanos just because they are durable and in the midst of blitz can take them. Since they will be focussing on blitzing Thanos rather than see his hand coming to grab or tag as well. Although DS himself has speed but you wont be him speedblitzing anyone.
The point is moving FTE on screen is not a big deal to begin with. The speedster I am talking about (smallville) has moved faster than the speed of light. What you are saying is a headcannon that while time is slowed down FTE makes faster while QS other feats and this does prove him to be faster but this brings me back to my original point. Blitzing Apoc is not impressive because Astra can speedblitz him. Who was blitzed by Supergirl.

Huh? Where did you get that info?
It's pretty easy to look up. I first got it from my step-father who has worked in power plants/nuclear power plants for 30 years, but then corroborated it with a simple google search.
Sometimes I liked Smallville but its a boring show and the drama is dumb, Supes blitz Steppiewulf, Heroes with Hiro Nakamura and Daphne or anything Quicksilver does
