Veridian Dynamics has gone evil and decided to turn against the world!
Phil and Lem have gained full confidence, and are working to the best of their ability with the other members of Veridian Dynamics to take over the world! The company is getting the best performance they've ever gotten out of their employees, would it be enough?
Round 1:
Regular Earth faces off against Veridian Dynamics. Veridian has had 2 years to perfect their technologies and raise an army before Earth catches on to what they are doing!
Round 2:
Veridian Dynamics has recruited the help of Lex Luthor and Doctor Doom!
Can they take over Marvel Earth?
Can they take over DC Earth?
Same conditions as round 1, 2 years prep, army, etc. etc.
Only Earth-bound heroes allowed.
