I say BB could take this if he, like turns into a blue whale on top of Gargan or something and sacrifice himself or if he takes desperate measures he would not have control but he could win. I'm probably wrong though but I'm sure JediXman will see that he gets his way. But logically? BB in my opinion.

Beast BOY with a Stomp.. First of all i am pretty sure beastboy could mimic venom. Better yet Turn in a germ or a deadly virus or or bactieria get in his cells and kill him. Venom stands no chance here. Beast Boy got this. He may be a comical character in the toons and as cool as venom is. NO he doesnt take beast boy. Too much advantage to beast boy. Way too much.
Maybe he CAN, but HAS he? Has Beast Boy ever turned into a dragon? Or looked at a complex alien organism and mimicked it? And even if he did become a symbiote, he would have no host. He can't become both (though that might be a neat trick for the Wonder Twins). And even if he can become a dragon, he doesn't automatically know Venom's weakness. He'll turn into a gorilla or something and get ripped to pieces. Venom wins.
the only shot Beast Boy has is turning into a whale and falling on him, but i doubt he'll do that, as Joygirl above said, he'll probably turn into a gorilla or lion or something and get manhandled by venom's superior strength and webbing
