Thor's God-Blast VS ...

Battleplace is earth, Thor would use his most powerful God-Blast what he can possibly make, without Mjölnir, so Mjölnir can't broke. God-Blast would also hit fully in the target. Death? Serious injuries? (All current forms)

Not familiar with Durok, but Zeus tanks it easily

I honestly see just about everyone withstanding it. Some will get hurt, but they will survive and keep fighting. The Hulk has already done it.

Your referring to thor knocking hulk into space aren't you? That wasn't a godblast, not even close.

8-16 definitely can. 1, 2, 4, and 5 as well.

Godblast lacks the feats..... Hulk has far too many good durability feats.

Also, why doesn't Thor try it out on Hulk?

that is called a CIS .. so characters who can move at speed in attosecond (flash) .. gets freaking tagged and knocked out by normal speed guys sometimes.. that called CIS .. when a character doesn't use powers of his arsenal which could end the fight instantly for the sake of the story plot ... thor not only haven't used god blast on hulk.. but nearly non of his other abilities (except few lightning hits now and then) ever... yet thor is one of the most versatile characters in marvel who have wide range of attacks

ever wondered why thor have never used matter manipulation and made hulk small as an ant and keep him in a glass ball like a show piece? .. because that's not how the plot wants it

Is there a scan (within the past 20 years of course) of Thor using a god blast? Like on that was stated in the comic that it was a god blast.

@kgb725: again, we don't know the Voids true power. This is why Everytime that the void is getting written off, the Sentry himself has to do it (like when a stable minded sentry defeated the Void, and when the sentry allowed for someone to kill him in siege). The void hasn't be placed against many gods. But when he is they usually are killed. He killed ares and Loki though. They are gods.

I am not sure if Odin can survive it; at best it may get to the PF at best.

Black Bolt has survived much worse, he's not dying from a God-Blast.

@fabulousness17: ares and Loki are nothing compared to skyfathers, skyfathers are the only gods (other than thor and Hercules) in marvel that are actually worthy of the title "god". The void was just about beating thor and a few others (who were amped by the norn stones), someone like odin would IMO beat even the void.

@thedailybagel: the sentry held him back. The void, when he was separate from the sentry, was putting the whooping on all the avengers, the x men, the fantastic four, the inhumans including black bolt, dr. Strange, Namor, and sheild, at the same time.

I don't know who would win out of him and Odin, but seeing that the void can't truly die and odin has plenty of times (always being brought back under circumstances) would lead me to think that at best it would stalemate. But I can assure you the Sentrys potential is far greater (I can prove). Sentry has only been around consistently for 14 years, so let's wait a little longer to say "so and so can definitely beat him." As for now..keep in mind that on the back of the Sentrys comics it says, "most powerful Hero in the Marvel Universe (I'm sure they had the godblast in mind :)." I think these statements speak for themselves.

On another note, would you happen to know where I can find a scan of a god blast? Where it is actually stated. I've been looking everywhere and I can't find anything.

@thedailybagel: Is it hyperbole? Didn't tony stark and shield also put the Sentry at number one? Osborn and Richards have also stated it before. I know this isn't "concrete prof", but has thor ever said to be number 1? If so I would like a scan. And thanks for the help man, I've been googling everything and I haven't seen anything on the God blast. I just don't think I'm looking in the right place lol.

Just take my word for it, at the moment neither sentry nor void have shown the capability to be anything even remotely close to a fraction of a percent of an omnipotents power level, trust me on that one. He may be immortal but that doesn't mean odin can't just keep blowing him to smithereens until the void decides he isn't going to win, or odin could just BFR him.

(I'm not saying Odins omnipotent, I'm using him as an example of a skyfather).

If an omnipotent wanted sentry gone they'd just bitch-slap death until she accepted them, or they could just make sentry/void completely un-exist. Erasing them From the history of anything, and erasing that too.

God Blasts are ridiculously powerful.

14, 15, and 16 don't even notice it. 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 tank it with some difficulty. 2,3,4,6,7,11 survive, but are completely incapacitated. Black Bolt is a greasy stain on the ground. He has no durability feats to suggest he can survive this, where as the other characters do.

If a God blast can make a hungry Galactus flee because it was killing him it's going to do some real damage. If a God blast can kill Durok the Demolisher a being too powerful for Classic Thor and Silver Surfer seperately(had to be BFR'd to the end of time or something like that). A God blast was capable of defeating Zelia, Queen of the Dark God's, who had absorbed energy from the other Dark God's. ( Zelia should be around Odin's level just so you know ) . It also allowed Thor to destroy Exitar the Celestials dome, although Mjolnir was destroyed in the process. Take those feats inind before you make judgment.
