Composite Wendell can drain Thor if he's bloodlusted, but Thor could also continuously rush him to delay that process. But inevitably Quasar should be able to drain him like he did with all the other Annihilators and use Thor's own body against him. Quasar should be capable of this considering he's drained things far more energetic than Thor (an entire star, Soul Gem) and if he could drain even a little bit off of Thor at a time it should be enough. His constructs can vary a lot but at his strongest they should be more than durable enough to defend against Thor's attack. Wendell has decent combat speed, FTL travel speed and potentially a very fast reaction time to more than keep up with Thor. The only problem I could see here is some random one trick pony from Thor since this is a composite of all of Thor's power (I'm gonna pretend I didn't read the time manipulation in the OP though), in which case Wendell is screwed since his one trick pony would be a simple BFR to the Quantum Zone. This is all of course if Wendell is truly trying and since he is bloodlusted in this fight I'm going to assume he's going all out. If this were a regular fight I could see a million ways in which Quasar would be written to get his ass handed to him by Thor since that's what writers would probably presume as they've lowballed or underutilized Quasar in so many important battles anyways.

And also current Thor is way too much for Quasar.
